HALO TOP

When it comes to creating social content for a brand, you can’t get any better than ice cream with bold colors and a funky attitude. With the awesome crew at Fact & Fiction it was a dream to work with the delicious low calorie ice cream , Halo Top, where I got to creative direct Halo Top’s winter social content. Playing on season themes, we created cohesive, bright worlds using color, patterns and copy.

The Process

Before getting into production, I like the process of sketching to concept and sell in ideas to clients. This showcases what we’d like to achieve while giving flexibility for creative ideas as well as room for the inevitable tweaks that come production day. In Halo Top’s particular case, it helped narrow down the color palette, specific ice cream flavors and food and prop styling per image. Below are a few examples of concept sketches we used to sell in the work paired with the finished product.
